We at Chic Always Boutique pride on providing happy shopping experience! We are pleased to offer STORE CREDIT ONLY (Absolutely no refunds will be given). Returns must be received at Chic Always Boutique within 14 business days. Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not issue refunds or process exchange. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt (free from any stain from makeup, deodorant or wear).
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 5pm EST, the order will be processed the same day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Fridays and weekends after 2 pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Chic ALWAYS Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the merchandise appears damage or worn.
