To ensure that your order is delivered in time and at the right address within the time frame that is advertise please make sure your address is fully correct and entered properly. If we at Chic Always Boutique are having issue verifying your address customer service will contact you and try to resolve these issues before mailing merchandise out.


If you realized that the address you entered as your shipping address is not correct please CONTACT US ASAP. Chic Always Boutique customer service will do their best to fulfill your request and change the address. Chic Always Boutique will not take responsibility for incorrect address information.
If Chic Always Boutique is verify by your tracking information that your package was delivered and you have “not received it”, you must contact the United States Postal Service. Chic Always Boutique DOES NOT take responsibility for packages delivered by your state. Chic Always is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an unclaimed package has been return to us, we at Chic Always Boutique reserve the right to charge additional shipping cost to have the package mail out again. Chic Always Boutique is not responsible for delay packages due to weather.

Every international shipping charges will be based on the destination. Please keep in mind that international shipping delivery can take between 10-14 business days to get to you. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping.
